I have noticed that a lot of pitchers are not coming set when they are in the stretch position. We do have balks turned on but they do not work correctly. At this time I am not sure if pitchers not coming set is a connection issue or a human issue.

Maybe we can discuss these further, as Ive noticed a trend starting (maybe always been, but new) guys stealing and seeing pitchout or high Fastball will immediately retreat to the base mainly 1B. Rare if ever seen done on an MLB ball field and would not like to see this tactic being done here???
(D) BASE RUNNING: It is each owner's responsibility to run the paths how they see fit, but keep in mind that over-aggressive base running will be frowned upon and could earn you a reputation of a garbage player.
(1) STEALING:
(1a) Do NOT be a tool and try to steal with every batter who makes it on base. Steal in appropriate situations.
(1b) If you attempt a single steal or hit and run and you advance past the half-way point from the base you left to the base you are headed you are considered committed and may not retreat back.
(2b) If you attempt a double steal or hit and run you may not retreat any base runner or attempt to get caught in a run-down to exploit the throwing animations.

HEAR HEAR ! I have been a victim of this numerous times. Someone is beating me 12-0 and they are still stealing, doing double steals and running the bases very aggressively. I don't mind taking my lumps but there is no need to run up scores.

Yup I just experienced this on two occasions already; losing 6-0 and the person is stealing bases whenthe game is already out of reach. Other time, losing 7-0 in the 8th inning and the person attempts to steal base

While we are all airing out dirty laundry.. how about trying to throw out a runner at first from RF (1B was way off bag but the attempt was made). Bunting during a perfect game with the lead out of reach. And hitting multiple batters just because you're having a mini temper tantrum.
This all happened in the same blowout game btw.
